As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organisation. Yourmission will be to identify, attract, and onboard the industry's best and brightest, setting new standards inrecruitment excellence. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving organisational successthrough effective talent acquisition strategies.Recruitment Process Management:- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and job profiling tocandidate selection and onboarding.- Work together with hiring managers to determine priorities for recruitment, define clearexpectations, and comprehend staffing needs.- To guarantee effectiveness and efficiency in the hiring process, observe and enhance recruitmentmetrics.- Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and industryevents, to attract top talent.- Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experiencethroughout the recruitment process.- Implement innovative strategies to enhance employer brand and attract diverse talent.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business objectives andworkforce requirements.- Collaborate with HR partners, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and broader HRinitiatives.- Create and nurture an enduring rapport with outside companies, organisations, and academicinstitutions in order to bolster the talent pipeline.What do we need (Requirements):Master's in Business Administration/Human resource/ Social Work is mustProven experience of 6+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting the Sales, Marketingand Service Industry.Hands on experience on Mass/Niche lateral hiring. Handling campus drives will be an advantage.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies in afast-paced environment.In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.Able to analyse and display hiring metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making
