Responsibilities :- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies leveraging Google Ads and SEM platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion.- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, and targeting optimization.- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid management, budget allocation, and landing page optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and product to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, including KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and ROAS.- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).- Stay informed about competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform campaign strategy and tactics.Skills required :- 4-8 years of work experience of managing Ad Operations/Ad exchange/Affiliate Marketing/ Social Media Marketing/Content distribution- Knowledge of Google Analytics and deep expertise in Google ads, both SEM and display- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving- Experience in launching & configuring campaigns, expertise in managing and troubleshooting CPA, CPM, CPC, and PPC campaigns, including traffic optimization.- Exposure in SaaS comparison companies will be preferred.- Good communication skills.
