Preparation of RFP, RFQ, EOI and E-Tendering Works. Site investigation, preparing logistics plan, Bulk materials source nearby and attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.Floating enquires for major materials, plants and specialized work. Analysis of rates and negotiation with vendor/suppliers. Preparation of cost estimate (Direct and Indirect cost). Preparation of project plan, method statement, scheduling and resourcing and requirements of resources.To identify risk and opportunity in proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at tender submission stage. To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.Routinely liasioning with government departments for new and upcoming projects and for addition or deletion of prequalification criteria. Follow up with department to make sure once bid submitted will never get disqualified due to technical reasons.Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
