Manager Creative Direction Sale EventsWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident Creative Design Manager to lead theSale events design of Myntra, Seasonal Campaignscharters. The candidate should be a responsible team player with self-driven abilities,possessing strong and detailed skills in developing creative solutions and can work in a fastpaced work environment. Good fashion understanding, external stakeholder management andgreat communication skills are vital.Key Responsibilities? Fashion research and forecast (brands, catwalks, campaign, colors etc) to keep abreastof emerging design trends and practices. Develop and showcase creative direction andassets for every project? Cross functional coordination with curation, art & styling, copy, store and category teamsto ensure the content, image and design practices are as per brand guidelines.? Work closely with external stakeholders to present & execute ideas and confidentlyhandle all aspects of the project.? Coordinate timelines with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines.? Incorporate feedback and work with agency and automation to execute all creativeassets for the project.? Team managementQualifications and ExperienceCandidates preferably from fashion institutes like NIFT, NID from fashion design andfashion communication backgrounds.Good understanding of fashion trends, GenZ led brands etc are mandatory.Mandatory Skills? Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense.? Keen on strategy and research based projects to deliver successful design? At least 4-7 years of industry experience.? Should possess team good team management skills.? Competent in Adobe Suite ( XD, After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) , proficient ingraphic skills including gifs and other motion graphics and should be eager to learn newsoftwares.? Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills.
