We are looking for IPR (intellectual property rights) Executive for leading pharma company at Bangalore.
Role - Executive (Global Intellectual property)Qualification - M.PharmExperience - 2 To 4 Years.Job Summary
Conduct patent and literature searches using databases such as Scifinder, STN and other regional databases; Prepare Patent and Literature review reports; Providepatent validity search and analysis, Product in-licensing evaluation; Patentability assessment and Portfolio Management; Patent and literature support to R&D scientists, Internal GIP colleagues and external agents by managing allrelated documentation andcorrespondings with appropriate stakeholders.
Job Requirements.
1. M. Pharm. preferablywitha PG Diploma in Patent Law is beneficial.
2-5 years of experience in intellectual Property related procedures are critical.
Preferably, a Registered Patent agent with the Indian Patent office.
Familiarity with patent and literature search and knowledge of databases such as Questel Orbit, SciFinder, STN and other regional databases.
