Description:Role: Lead Java Application SupportExperience: 8 to 10 YearsJob Responsibilities:1. Support Mission-critical financial applications with sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII data)2. Ability to lead offshore team with ongoing tasks, prioritize and share regular updates.3. Monitor production jobs and ensure their scheduled execution.4. Create Standard Operating Procedure documents.5. Triage production issues and provide solutions as per Standard Operating Procedure documents6. Document problem, solutions in the ticketing tools & knowledge base.7. Communicate appropriately & effectively with business, technical teams.8. Work well under pressure with a methodical approach to problem solving9. Prioritize multiple tasks and manage/assign tasks between team members10. Monitor application health, perform application/service restarts as per Standard Operating Procedures11. Monitor, edit, create scheduler jobs12. Deploy and manage applications, services on Microsoft Windows and cloud environments13. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the code.Primary skills that are must have for the candidate:1. Supporting Java/J2EE based applications involving Microservices2. Strong documentation, communication skills (written and verbal) and Analytical Skills3. Experience in any relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Writing queries, understanding DB processes4. Experience in frontend technologies Thyme leaf, jQuery, ReactJS5. Experience in any of the log analyzer tool and able to troubleshoot the issues quickly.(Splunk)6. Experience in working on tickets, pulling the reports and providing the information based on SLA.7. Motivated self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team8. Experience with product lifecycle & deployments9. Experience working in Agile project10.
