And we'll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join #TeamAmex and let's lead the way together.Responsibilities:Support Accounting of Fixed Assets for APAC & US regions and ensure that AXP Fixed Asset Register accurately and timely captures all asset movements including Capitalization, Amortization, Disposal and Transfers Support a robust Control and Compliance environment including compliance with Fixed Asset Policy i.e. GAP 360-01.Support Collaboration with multiple stakeholders viz, GREWE, AET, External and Internal Auditors, SEC & Regulatory Reporting, GSM to accomplish accounting tasks and more viz Physical verification, Audit, Cash Flows etc.Strong focus on generating efficiencies vide automation, accelerating accounting processes.Required Qualifications: AcademicGraduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce or MBA with 1-5years of relevant experience in financial accounting domain.Required Qualifications: AdditionalStrong Accounting (US GAAP / IFRS ) & Reconciliation knowledge, policy awareness & control mindset.Strong communication, relationship management & collaboration skills while closely working with various stakeholdersProficiency in MS-Office applications, Oracle Applications, Essbase and TM1, etc.Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve queries with the ability to deal with large set of data, perform trend & variance analysis and creating meaningful insights.Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation skills.Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvements.Quick learner and an eye for detailWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
