Jr/Sr Engineer - Planning

1. Education B.E / B. Tech Civil preferably NICMAR2. Experience 3- 4 years experience in reputed construction company, exp. related to building construction, planning, cost estimates, scheduling, Monitoring of CTC3. Knowledge of MS Projects, AutoCAD, Excel, Power Pt.4. Knowledge of ERP and Budget updating5. Coordination with Procurement, Site, Design Team for timely deliverables6. Cash Flow (Inflow vs Outflow)7. Labor Output, Resource requirement, Drawing schedule, Staff and Equipment Requirement and Deployment plan8. DPR, WPR and Monthly MIS Generation9. Delay Analysis10. Site Performance analysis (Staff Utilization, Resource Utilization)
