Hi All,We have job opportunity for Freelancer Recruiter, work from home on commission basis.Looking for freelancer recruiter, who is not working anywhere else.Should have experience in IT and Non IT recruitment.Roles and responsibilities:Freelancer has to do End to End recruitment process.Freelancer has to source candidates majorly from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other Social Networks.Freelancer has to do sourcing & Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications & skills meet the requirement.Freelancer has to share the job profile and the company details with the candidates.Freelancer has to share the shortlisted candidates / scheduling technical / final interviewsCoordinating with them throughout the process.Clauses:Freelancer will get 30 % commission on billing amount received from client after deducting tds from every closure which is done by recruiter.Payment will be made after when Quicksol Consultancy receives payment from client.If candidate leaves before 90 days and in case payment is made earlier, it will be adjusted in next billing.Freelancer will be provided job portal.Freelancer should not discuss clients details with outsidersFreelancer should keep portal details and other details of Quicksol Consultancy confidential.If interested, share your CV on [Confidential Information]Regards,Sandhya BQuicksol Consultancy Services Private Limited
