Solving queries related to Buying Desk andcoordinating with internal stakeholders. The individual must be an activecontributor towards the overall objective of the function. We are looking forsomeone who should be open to work for the business team based out of Europe& North America.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintainquality and service standards in support of the contracted SLA forbusiness operations.Performsother duties as assigned by the Procurement Lead.Stakeholdermanagement, good communication, Ownership, Decision-making and AgilemindsetSpotbuying, Tail-spend management, spot buying, tactical buying, including Contract creation & Analytics, Supplier Support,PO Creation & Maintenance, E-Sourcing, HelpdeskTriage- directs users to correct channel using category cards + buying channel.Liaisewith the stakeholders to understand their requirements and close them inthe given time frameUtilizeprocurement software and systems to streamline processes, track orders,and generate reports.Monitorand enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Participatein cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and implementationof organizational initiativesDesired Candidate:1.Bachelor's degree in anydiscipline or Postgraduate in SCM.2.5+ years of relevant experiencein Sourcing & Procurement3.Proficiency in source to paytools (Ariba, SAP, SRM etc)4.Proficiency inMS suite5.High attentionto detail6.Experience working with globalstakeholders, vendors and clients outside India.7.Good communication, Ownershipand Decision-making8.Ability to work in a teamenvironment.9.Positive attitude, self starterand highly self motivated.
