15+ years development experience with java and SQL expertiseAble to demonstrate a willingness and ability to lead other developers.5+ years of solid database design and development including SQL, data modelling, query optimisation.Experience in handling financial data sets and familiarity with financial instruments (equities, futures, FX)Experience of systems design and platform selection.
