Japanese Language Specialist

You will be part of payroll team as bilingual team member interacting with customers and assist other team members to complete monthly activities. You will gain knowledge on Japan payroll as well as SAP/SuccessFactors end user concepts.Responsibilities:Attend the daily transition calls, understand the requirements, interpret JP to EN & Viceversa and ensure the process is fully learnt and documented with accuracy.Translate the JP documents and reply to customer mails.Adhere to strict deadlines.                                                                                  Understand Japan statutory requirements and process the tasks.Learn and Execute Payroll related activities with Japanese language dependenciesShift will be aligned to Japan Timing
