It Asset Management

Role and Responsibilities :a. Manage a team of staff &responsible for mentoring, guiding and developing them as a second line to the reporting manager.b. Maintaining of IT Assets Laptops, Desktops and accessories.c. Responsible for Asset tracking and Vendor co-ordination.d. Bar-coding and tagging of assets.e. Taking Physical inventory of all assets.f. Preparing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change & Disposal) of every IT Assets.g. Maintaining the Record of New material Inward & Outward.h. Responsible for Preparation of Monthly Asset summary report, SLA report & Asset Management report.i. Ensures the compliance byj. Adhering to the standard processes/templates defined for the department
