Interior Fit Outs Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

The candidate should be a Civil Engineer/ Interior Designer (Degree or Diploma) with 10 - 12 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferred with knowledge of Interior Work and interpretation of drawings, taking-off quantities, Preparing cost estimates follow-up and evaluation of quotations, preparing comparative statements, rate analysis.Responsible to calculate quantities, prepare BOQ, and calculate item rates and preparing comparative statements.The candidate also should have proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel), and should be capable to take out quantities using AutoCAD drawings.
