Integration Finance Consultant

Support transactions team on the Finance and Accounting Due Diligence Process, assess analysis of target companies to identify potential risks and opportunities and provide input to the business case.Integration planning and execution support: Work closely with the integration CFOs for each acquisition to help integrate into IBM processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.Responsible for supporting all IBM Consulting Integration teams and working closely with the Finance teams in the acquired company and integration CFOs/COOs in IBM.Support post-close activities during the discovery phase such as assisting the integration CFOs with the integration planning activities, integration budget development and tracking case creation.Support activities for Intercompany process between the target and IBM including DOU reconciliation and government process.Responsible to coordinate and support the Integration CFOs with the step plan activities for the dissolution of the legal entities as part of Transfer of Business to IBM.Act as a trusted advisor with the ability to synthesize and distill large amount of data into digestible summary reports.Continuously analyze and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Manage other VE&A post-integration projects and on-going activities across different stakeholders and departments when appropriate.
