Information Development Intern

About the RoleAs an info-dev intern, you will work closely with the information development team who create and maintain product and deep tech documentation for our products. This includes understanding product concepts, architecture, process flows, misc. Illustrations, product documentation, tutorials, product explainers, cookbooks, and engaging visual aids.ResponsibilitiesExperience the on-boarding and induction of new joinersWork closely with the product owners and information developers to understand the product offerings and visual branding standardsUse the available video-making/editing tools effectivelyCreate and edit high-quality graphic/animation videos for product explainers, tutorials, and other visual aidsObserve and support the info-dev team in creating quality visual contentTranscribe videos, when neededSkillsHas experience in creating technology and product-related visual contentIs hands-on with professional (free and paid) video-making/editing toolsIs familiar with or is learning agilityHas strong interpersonal and communication skillsIs a creative problem solverExperience and QualificationsMaster's/Bachelor's Degree from a Design College (preferred) Women with relevant experience looking to rejoin the workforceAvailable for a full-time, in-office internship for 3-6 months in Bangalore.Equal OpportunityZeta is an equal opportunity employer.
