Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).Responsibilities• Analyze M&A data to identify relevant information from Novartis and Sandoz.• Ensure the accurate transfer of only Sandoz relevant data during the integration process.• Collaborate with business stakeholders from both companies to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the data analysis findings.• Assist the project manager in documenting meetings, including capturing meeting minutes, action items, and decisions made during the integration process.• Coordinate high-level project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.• Set up and facilitate meetings between business stakeholders from Novartis and Sandoz, ensuring all relevant parties are involved.• Monitor and report project status, identifying potential risks or issues that may impact the integration process.• Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the integration process.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with experience in mergers and acquisitions.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify relevant information.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and prior experience in merger and acquisition projects is a plus.• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.Experience in pharma is highly preferred.About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
