Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer for hospitality industry. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.Coordinate employee on boarding and orientation programs.Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.Registering all employees to ESIC & PFManage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary payroll data and ensure timely submission.Address any payroll-related queries from employees and provide assistance as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Familiarity with HR software and databases.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Detail-oriented and organized.Female candidate preferred.Location - Patto, Panaji.For any further details please write to us on[email protected]>
