Job Details for Gurgaon, Noida and DelhiFull Time in MNCSalary- 6 to 10 LPAJob Responsibilities for HR Executive :Fresher Can Apply Directly at given linkhttps://www.slaconsultantsindia.com/hr-generalist-practical-training.aspxKnowledge/hands of experience inAttendance ManagementPayroll ProcessingWeekly WagesOvertime calculationsOnline Challan generation of PF & ESI, GratuityPosition 2Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.Manage the onboarding formalities, prepare & issue relevant letters.Monitor the attendance of the employees at office and site locationsMaintaining labour attendance on weekly basis.Basic knowledge on construction industry.Should be open minded to assist with other departments (tendering and admin) as and when required.Position 3Consolidate approved manpower requirements and flag off deviations from manpower budget.Coordinate probation assessment process and issue confirmation letters.Conduct induction process.Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.Help in conducting training need analysis, Coordinate training activities and ensure they are conducted as per the training schedule.Responsible for all Performance Management activitiesCoordinate with Reporting Managers/ HODs and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal.Consolidate performance appraisal data for finalizing increments.Issue of increment letters and ensure distribution to employees.Coordinate promotion/ transfers and issue of promotion/ transfer lettersEnsure that all exit formalities are conducted and issue relieving letter / service certificates.Help HR head in rolling out of PoliciesDesired skills:1>Result oriented2>Self-starter should be able to hit the ground running3>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills4>Stable and long-term approach5>High on accountability and ownership6>Ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholdersRegardsHR8745833047 | 8700575877https://slaconsultantsdelhi.in/courses/best-human-resources-hr-practical-training/
