Position/TitleHead Franchise BusinessReporting to Chief Growth OfficerJob PurposePlanning and executing of the Franchise expansion plan for increasing the presence across country.Conduct Survey and market analysis of new potential cities and markets for expansion of footprints.Implement and monitor effective contracts and agreements for retail.Ensuring Compliance standards as per the company norms for Operations.Role, & ResponsibilitiesStore LaunchDevelop and execute a strategic plan for expanding the franchise network, while identifying the potential franchise partners and assessing the viability of new locations.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
