In this role, you will work alongside professionals who are knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do!The Global Benefits Specialist is a valuable contributor to the development and implementation of meaningful and engaging benefits around the world. This role will provide an important global perspective while supporting programs that engage our employees and help them achieve their personal and professional best. If you love helping employees and their families and appreciate opportunities for creativity and innovation, this role may be for you.Day-To-Day:Specifically, the role will:Participate in annual benefits renewals across Europe and Asia-Pacific, with the support of PTC's global broker and/or local People Team members.Prepare country data to support benefit renewals and other projects.Engage directly with benefits vendors across Europe and Asia-Pacific to manage employee questions and administrative processes.Provide input on global benefits and wellness strategy and be a local and regional champion of wellness programs.Stay informed about regional and local trends to identify new opportunities.Review and distribute employee communications, surveys, and promotional material.Support collection and maintenance of benefits costs globally.Update program material and provide direct support to employees, managers, and HR business partners.Assist with HR technology implementations.Participate in other projects within Global Benefits, Mobility and Compensation, or support broader objectives of the People Team.Preferred Skills and Experience:Experience managing benefits in a variety of countries in Europe and/or Asia-Pacific regions.Language skills relevant to countries to be supported.Strong ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, team environment that can be ambiguous.Basic Qualifications:At least 2 years of relevant experience.Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.General business and financial acumen with ability to exercise judgment.Enjoys building cross-cultural relationships and creating inclusive teams and solutions.Experience working with large data sets in Excel.Why PTC?Life at PTC is about more than working with today's most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
