Franchise Manager

Job Description:The candidate requires excellent skills to communicate & present effectively to a potential Business PartnerThe candidate will be responsible for brand building & marketing impacting enrolments targetsTo be responsible for the opening of new Centers (franchises) and competitive acquisitions in the designated territories/ states, especially untapped markets in IndiaWorks as a Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function of Franchise academic centersOrganize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same and BP meets/ConclaveEnsuring academic processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standardsTo identify and develop investors for new franchisesMust have done Franchise Selling ( Franchisee Development) for minimum 2 yearsExperience in Education Sales is preferredWill be responsible for achieving Business Targets for the particular region and maintain the P/L of the regionWill be responsible for undertaking all Admin, Marketing, Banking of Collections, Payment Collection, Operations and Academic Control of the region allottedTimely report to the immediate Supervisor and HO for all types of MISMust be fluent in EnglishShould be open to High level of traveling in the allotted regionTo identify and develop investors for new franchises. . Must have done Franchise Selling ( Franchisee Development) for minimum 2 years .Experience in Education Sales is preferredMust be fluent in EnglishShould be open to High level of travelling in the allotted region
