Ensuring that contracts concluded with customers arecorrect, minimizing commercial risk to the company and achieving required profit margins.Work with Business Manager to define / refine service offering is developed and communicated to sales team.Responsible uptime of product under warranty & with service contract.Liaison with Business Manager Development to understand details of product direction and design and maintaining theminimum Spares Stock.Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations,business drivers, evolving business needs etc.Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and itscompetitors.Responsible for the Project drawings and its approval from customer.Conduction of the load study & efficiency in the fieldAdvance level analysis of field related incident.Specific Duties:Work Ethics & Values.Teamwork.Achieving Excellence.Customer FocusResponsible for maintaining the TAT and uptime of product under warranty & with service contract.Fields related document management & etcetera.Conduction of the load study & efficiency in the fieldAdvance level analysis of field related incident.Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:Education:Essential: - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & ControlDesired: - Bachelor's Degree in ElectronicsLocation: - Preferred in Jodhpur RajasthanKnowledge:Solid knowledge on PV Inverters & Its functionalityKnowledge of LVRT/HVRT functionsKnowledge of PQA, Meter, AutoCAD, Customer handling capabilityKnowledge of Electronics Fundamentals, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors and Communication Interfaces likeModbus, TCP/IP, SNMP, BMS.Breakdown handling experience of PV Inverters, ConvertersGood and Consistent Academic RecordsStrong Analytical skills.
