We have requirement for Facility Manager for a Company which is into construction , Maintenance of High rise Buildings, Maintenance of Malls in Delhi/NCR & post locations are in Gurugram and Delhi location separately for two positions. the candidate must be resident of Gurugram and have knowledge of the present maintenance problems adhered to by the company. The person should be Diploma or degree holder in electrical and has experience in handling the MEP functions involved in Malls & High Rise Buildings. Minimum8 to 14 years is desired for the said portfolio for your information. the Salary will depend on basis of your last Salary drawn. There are two post for the said profile.
