We are searching for a Facilities Coordinator in our Mumbai office. This role will work closely with Facilities, HR, and IT teams to ensure that the office runs efficiently and employee workstations/technology hardware needs are met. The role will support new hire set-ups, moves/adds/changes, inventory management and critical infrastructure review, ad hoc reporting and other misc activities.Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding process for Facilities & ITMaintain printers & scannersWork with vendors with onsite visits/ preventative maintenance callsMAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations Inventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materialsBasic IT end-user supportMust have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional-level experience2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functionsKnowledge of basic IT systemsStrong computer skills to operate various technical computer systems.
