Job Description :Executive Assistant to CEOLocation:WFH/Remote/MumbaiExperience:0-4 Years - Executive AssistantKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide sophisticated calendar management for CEOComplete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization: including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reportsWork closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriatelyProvides a gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and officeAssists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action itemsMaintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertakenTo draft correspondence and other documentation to the CEO's specificationRequirements:Proven experience as Executive Assistant or similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platformsThrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environmentExpert level written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communitiesAbility to switch gears at a moment's noticeExceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detailMake appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available timeAble to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
