Experience Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Stock Broking IndustryFunctional CompetenciesAcquiring quality clients for Broking & Third-Party Products throughnetworking, data base, market Intelligence, references from existing clientsand assigned leads from the organization.Generating Cross Sell revenue through sale of third-party products likeInsurance, Mutual Funds, NCDs etc.Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain ahigh level of retention of the existing customer and focus on generating newbusinessInducting new clients to the Dealing Desk for smooth interaction andservices.Liaising with Dealing Desk for revenue generation and query resolutionEnsuring compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelinesEnsuring that the defined productivity targets on business and serviceparameters are met consistently.Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and othersources and communicate to the clients depending upon their requirementShould be NISM CertifiedBehavioral CompetenciesStrong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsPassionate about sales and marketing with a positive attitude
