Distributed Backend Developer

As a distributed backend lead developer, you will lead a highly focused, self-managed Agile team that designs, develops & deploys products.  Your expertise in designing and building high performance, reliable, enterprise observability product will enable next-generation experiences for our customers. You will interface with senior technical leaders and delivery teams to shape, estimate, and deliver the product that adds value to our customers in their observability journey.This position is for a mid-level backend developer with experience in distributed product development. The ideal candidate has programming experience using Java and Hands on with deployment models like Docker and Kubernetes.Major ResponsibilitiesWorks as part of a project team, regularly communicating with project stakeholders on project progress and status.Capable of designing, coding, unit testing, debugging, and maintaining the highest level of difficult computer programs. This position requires the candidate to be currently hands-on in Java and deployment models like Docker and Kubernetes.Performs root cause analysis to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.As a member of this dynamic team supporting the delivery of enterprise software for a large user base, you demonstrate leadership, technical curiosity, a self-starter, creativity as well as forward-thinking with a passion for growth and innovation.The job requires the ability to perform new code features as well as code enhancements for the Z APM Connect product.
