And we'll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.DescriptionProduct Management Product PnL ownership, Drive RTB for the ICS Commercial business by driving effective product management strategy including but not limited to enhancing valuedelivery through existing products, conceptualizing new products along with the market sizing and go-to-market strategy, driving end to end implementation of new product launchedConstantly review the commercial offerings for commercial offerings for value proposition gapsand enhancementsLead the Partnership and Value Proposition strategy and drive the integration of Partnership objectives into overall Acquisition & Customer Marketing Strategies. (Incorporates developing business case for allocation of Joint Marketing Funds and manage applicationOwn the end to end product lifecycle for existing and new products, including management of relationships with technology providers, 3rdparty teams which support onboarding, servicing or any value proposition fulfilment for commercial productsConsulting & PartnershipsInternally – Partner with Acquisition and Account Development teams within ICS Commercial to provide differentiated value through the delivery of consulting engagements, thought leadership and best practice recommendationsExternally – Liaise with external stakeholders including industry bodies, associations, regulatory bodies, Fintechs, and other startups to explore distribution partnerships and collaboration opportunities to drive the Commercial BusinessL&DThe L&D role will be an added responsibility to the primary role comprising Product and ConsultingLead a team of L&D professionals who deliver end to end New Hire trainings, tenured learning interventions while driving and developing our leadership framework Provide coaching and feedback to instruct professionals in a team environment, be  responsible for hiring & developing an engaged team (Learning Specialists/Subject Matter Experts) and be responsible for delivering performance evaluations.Coordinate and facilitate training for new people leaders, with compelling tactics and tools Incorporate measurement and analysis mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of the learning and coaching experience, leveraging the data to make program enhancements.Provide insights and recommendations to increase effectiveness of recruitment strategy.Create a positive team environment where best practices can be leveraged and successfulstrategies can be scaledCompliance LanguageGraduate (MBA preferred)10+ years of core product management experience is preferredStrong understanding of the payment ecosystem, existing commercial cards andexpense management solutions available in the marketStrong financial and commercial acumen and analytic problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of P&LCompetenciesStrength in building and leveraging relationships, experience in working within a cross functional matrixExpertise in leading & directing multiple projects and driving results through direct and indirect resourcesEmbracing of innovation & changeStrong communication skills (written & oral) with ability to present effectively at multiple levelsThis is not a hybrid role and the colleague is expected to be in office on working days if not out for meetings/eventsStrong executive presence, with an engaging style in front of large audience, strong written and oral communication skills with credible influence and impact at various levels.Up to date with Learning Industry Standards to incorporate and deliver engaging classroom learning sessions.Highly customer focused attitude with sound understanding of the Premium Consumer needs.High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management.Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally and at all levelsStrong understanding of commercial cards landscape and data flows pertaining to the card stack in India + liaising with industry bodies (e.g. PCI, NPCI) and other networks and banksUnderstanding of Fintech ecosystem and emerging payments landscapeWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
