Whether it is providing you with training on a new programming language or helping you get certified in a new technology, we will help you grow your skills so you can continue to deliver increasingly valuable work.Job Responsibilities Include:Delivers code on time independently, meeting the Definition of DoneOperates as a "full-stack" developer on at least one platform and technologyDevelops and has demonstrated depth in two or more technologies or platformsMentors more junior developers in pair-programming sessionsProvides design guidance within an established architectureApplies patterns and SOLID principles as second-natureSets up development environments from scratchProvides hosting requirements for deploymentCreates new builds in an established CI infrastructure and deploys code to established infrastructureDesigns features with supervisionTrains new team members in source control management, continuous integration, and story management toolsIdentifies and proposes design and performance improvements to client applications, systems and processesRaises issues to clientsResolves issues 1:1 with client peersTechnical SkillsetBasic Qualifications:6+ years of experience in .NET/.NET Core leading the development of highly scalable and resilient applications incorporating SOLID programming principles.Proficient with microservice architecture & patterns, commonly used messaging patterns. Development experience with messaging platforms e.g. KafkaStrong Experience with REST API Development and platforms i.e., ASP.net core WEB APIProficient with unit and service testing. Experience with testing frameworks xunit, Nunit etc. Familiar with TDD (Test Driven Development)Preferred Skills:Experience with relational and nosql databases eg; SQL Server, Oracle etc. Familiarity with writing stored procedures.Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of apps deployed in production.Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, server operating systems and cloud hosting models, able to setup development environment from scratch, and create new CI builds within an established CI pipeline and deploy to established infrastructureExperience with containerization technologies e.g. Docker, KubernetesExperience with any cloud platform (Azure / AWS) is big plus.Ability to work independently.Ability to understand business context behind technical requirements. Ability to collaborate and communicate with non-technical business stakeholders.Be able to contribute to design discussions.
