Your experience will allow us to address the specific technical issues faced by our clients. You will also enforce proper programming practices and ensure that developers are providing a product that meets our standards. Finally, leveraging both technical and interpersonal skills, you will ensure that we are delivering exactly what the client needs and expects.Once You Are Here, You Will:Collaborate with other Sitecore front-end and back-end developers to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions.Provide mentorship, perform systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and write documentation.Develop leading-edge Sitecore solutions and integrations with other systems and applications.Work with business partners/business analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.Engage with stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.Support Agile teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through continuous delivery to production.Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules.Required Qualifications:5+ years' experience in Sitecore (v9.1, v9.0, v8.0, v7.3)6+ years' C#/ASP.NET MVC experience (.NET versions 3.5, 4.0, or 4.5).4+ years' experience with JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, and CSS1+ years' experience with LINQ, Entity Framework (or other ORM), WCF and/or web servicesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePreferred:Sitecore certified developer (if not, new training and certification fees are company paid)1-2 years of experience with CoveoSCORE framework certified/trainedExperience with Visual Studio 2019 or 2015Experience writing customer facing technical documentationExperience with Team Foundation Server, Git, Azure DevOpsExperience working in all phases of application developmentExperience with application development including coding, testing, and debuggingExperience troubleshooting application errorsIdeal Mindset:Lifelong Learner.
