Desktop Support Engineer

HIRING FOR AIRBNBResponsibilities:1. Configuring email accounts on MS Outlook, as well as on mobile devices running Android and Apple iOS.2. Managing the backup of email data and ensuring the backup of Outlook data.3. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (M365) suite and OneDrive for cloud storage solutions.4. Installation and sharing of printers across the network.5. Sharing files and folders among users and teams.6. Conducting basic network troubleshooting to address connectivity issues.Requirements:1. A strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes.2. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware components.
