Database Team Lead

Database Team leadare the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As aDatabase Team leadwith IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource data.You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.Responsibilities:Install and maintain database servers.Manage and monitor DR Databases.Manage and monitor Always on Replication servers.Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.Install, upgrade, and manage database servers.Create automation for repeating database tasks.Develop processes for optimizing database security.Performance tuning of database systems.Set and maintain database standards.Manage database access.Be available for on-call support as needed.Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.
