Data Scientist

HIRING FOR RAZORPAYResponsibilities:- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to analyze large volumes of data and implement necessary solutions.- Communicate results and recommendations to various stakeholders effectively.- Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and continuously improve them.- Mentor and support junior members to enhance their skills as data scientists.- Empathize with users to ensure PhonePe provides the best experience possible.Requirements:- Bachelor's or higher degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, engineering, or applied mathematics.- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the wealth management domain.- Proficiency in Java, Python, R, and shell scripting languages.- Expertise in querying relational, non-relational, and graph databases.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.- Experience with big data technologies like Spark, MapReduce, Pig, and Hive.- Proficiency in machine learning libraries (preferably in Python) and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.- Familiarity with visualization libraries.- Good to have: Hands-on experience with source control and deployment tools like Git and Jenkins.
