Join our TeamAbout this opportunity!The Senior Engineer - CS Core role is a vital function of GNOC in GSC India. 2nd Level Assurance is responsible for the end-to-end 2nd Level technical support for the issues arising in Managed Services Customers' cellular network!What you will doHands on system for Ericsson & Huawei switch routingFixing Skills of Core Nodes Deployed in CircleFault Handling in Co Ordination with NOC and Back OfficeDaily Report analysis and action plan for KPI DipRoutine audit of Parameters of Different Core NodesCR Handling and Co Ordination with SRF Team.Customer Complaint resolution in coordination with TSG.Configuration/Coordination for BSNL POI AT testing.Ensuring Core Node Backup ProcessAlignment to Guideline share by Customer /Central TeamAny other responsibility w.r.t Network upkeep requirements.You will bringGood knowledge and understanding of the CORE nodes in the network.Good knowledge & understanding of Trace analysis Wireshark tracesWork in an efficient way, particularly with respect to the tasks corresponding with their function (level)Specialist Expertise on GSM Protocols (i.e. SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, Diameter, SIP signaling)GSM Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding.Multi-Vendor expertise like Huawei /Nokia /Ericsson.Hands on experience on Huawei Products: MSOFTX3000, UMG8900, SE2900, SPS, HSS, IMS (P, I, S-CSCF, ATS, MGCF, MRFP, CG, ENUM, DRA)2G/3G/LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS, call flows.Network Architecture and its subparts.Performance & Characteristics of CORE Network Nodes.EducationDegree or equivalent experience in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalentExperience5-14 Years of experience in CORE network.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
