This also includes the management of master data to support downstream process and systems like Critical Manufacturing MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).Responsibilities and Tasks:Responsible for the management and development of direct reports to enable superior functional service delivery.Responsible for managing and improving functional area performance by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute service strategies aligned to support various internal customers.Responsible for supporting Team members' development by utilizing Micron's performance management processes and tools.Responsible for ensuring team compliance with Micron's guidelines for attendance, ethics and other policies.Monitor team performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. Responsibilities and Tasks:Develop and execute strategies aimed at maintaining expert levels of Team Center knowledge within the MDM team.
