Job Title:Content Writer/Junior Content WriterAs an ideal candidate, you will help in writing content for all of our company's requirements including, but not limited to, technical content, itineraries, product descriptions, tour packages, blogs, MarCom content, corporate information etc. You will be responsible for writing all the collaterals that will help in expanding our company's digital and offline footprint, create awareness, and generate leads.In addition, this role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct thorough research. You will not just be writing blogs, but value content that will be distributed across various channels to ensure brand consistency, customer engagement, and positive customer experience.Key Responsibility Areas:- Create and publish engaging and original content (product descriptions, brochures, mailers, video scripts, voiceover scripts, social media post captions, proposals, ad messaging, website content, and presentations, etc.)- Work closely with the team to help visualise the message.- Ensure that the content reflects the brand tone, style and message of our firm.- Incorporate best practices for content development.- Help manage the collection and maintenance of content on the firm's content management platforms.- Organise, and preserve all content written and produced on cloud platforms.- Plan and schedule content plan as per each department's requirements.- Optimise content according to SEO's best practices.- Ensure legal compliance with respect to copyright and data protection.- Create content strategies that meet customer needs and business goals.Person Specification:- The right candidate will enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.- They will be a team player who will conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication.
