And we will do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let us lead the way together.Job ResponsibilitiesCompensation and Benefits [C&B] Program ManagementContinuously assess the efficiency of the current programs managed by the function against the overall C&B strategyTrack market intelligence/trends, conducting in-depth analysis to generate trends and generate insights on ongoing basisProvide management information to senior partners on the utilization, impact and outcomes of C&B programsProvide recommendations for benefit program changes based on the employee risk profile, business needs and market practiceContribute towards design / revision of current programs and lead/participate in the implementation of new initiativesParticipate in global and regional C&B projects in support of our wider HR strategySpecial Projects:Drive projects identified as a priority for the function, on an individual basis (both compensation and benefits related)Manage the end-to-end, from design to delivery and change management of the identified projectsCollaborate/work with business, teams outside C&B to drive outcomesOther SupportProvide C&B guidance and advice to business leaders and HR teams to support people agendaProvide in-market support to global C&B processes like year-endDevelop success measures and put in place metrics and measures to evaluate program outcomes and return on investmentSupervise the providers who are delivering program components, including contract negotiation of program content, delivery and costSupport in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements (internal and external) as applicable for the function, including support for closure of audit proceduresQualificationsTotal experience of3-6 years with at least 2 years of experience in handling Compensation an Benefits in prior roles is mandatoryHigh customer focus, high responsivenessHigh quality orientation.
