It is the largest contract foodservice company in Europe, employing over 500,000 people.Location- Goregaon, Mumbai.Community Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintainingfacility standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess apassion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvementand guest satisfaction.ROLE DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS1. Represent the BrandDeliver a positive first impression as part of new joiner orientation and visitor accommodationsCurate the space experience and is ready for employees by pre-empting issues; ensure space is clean and tidyCoordinate and build community events in partnership with BUs & DE&I groups2. Drive a Consistent ExperienceProvide support and drive awareness for on-floor and building amenitiesEngage with local business unit change champions to encourage behaviors and set expectations forworkplace etiquetteDocument and share lessons learned or insights with global teammates3. Return on InvestmentIn partnership with BU Admins, encourage use of the workplace across the entire week to minimize peakdays, as reported in IntelliSpaceSupport workplace evolution by promoting MyPlace and resolving daily space issues in partnership with BUadmins4. Community ExperienceSupport new joiner integration into the flexible work environment to ensure community policies andprocesses are communicated, tour of amenities and Workplace Ambassador resources are explained.Partner with operations, admins and change champions to nudge behaviors and set expectations forworkplace etiquette.Publish a calendar of events to promote these activities throughout the community.Create engaging and shareable content to include newsletters and JIVE sub spaces.5. AmenitiesProvide oversight for all amenity services within assigned spaces including office pantries, communal spacesand meeting spacesBe knowledgeable about food service offerings and available options to promote major promotions andspecial programming.Be knowledgeable about and advise on all workplace amenities and services such as wellness rooms andfitness programs.6. Employee ExperienceProvide an established point of contact for all workplace experience needs, suggestions and improvements.Liaise with other teams and vendor partners to complete any outstanding employee needs.Foster relationships with teams and Business Unit leadership.7. Guest ExperienceWork in collaboration with business and support teams (security, reception and conference services team,etc.) to prepare for VIP special guest handling.
