Client Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities*all aspects of managing relationships with new and existing clients and prospects* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly*Work with clients to understand their queries and provide solutions that meet their needs*Provide consultation services to clients. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.*Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.*Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.*Identify and resolve client concerns.
