This role requires technical or scientific product knowledge, the ability tocoordinate sales distribution, and the skills to strategize and meet sales targets through our partners.This position is ideal for a dynamic, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the abilityto work cross-functionally.Key Responsibilities:Partner Management: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with channel partners.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through channelpartners.Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with partners to ensure effective marketing and salestactics.Education and Training: Train and educate channel partners on our products and services.Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and goals for channel partners.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.Pricing and Positioning: Participate in developing pricing strategies and product positioning.Sales Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales activities and results.Product Feedback: Provide feedback and input on product development and marketingstrategies.Contractual Compliance: Ensure that channel partners are meeting contractual obligationsand expectations.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 5 years of experience in channel sales or sales management, preferably in theBuilding Material industry.Industry Knowledge: Experience with channel sales in competitive industries such as PVCPlumbing Pipes, Sanitary Ware, and Bathroom Fittings. Previous roles in companies likeSupreme Industries Limited, Ashirvad Pipes Pvt Ltd, and others are highly desirable.Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships,analytical skills for identifying trends and opportunities.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
