What we want you to do.Financial Management & Analysis:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support informed business decisions.Prepare and interpret financial reports, including monthly closing procedures and variance analysis.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.Investor Relations:Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.Proactively communicate the company's financial performance and strategic direction to the investment community.Manage and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.Monitor investor sentiment and market trends.Prepare investor presentations and other communication materials.Strategic Decision Making:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term financial strategies.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth initiatives.Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and opportunities.Who You AreCA or MBA in Finance Preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business finance role with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.Proven experience in investor relations, including communication with analysts and institutional investors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in financial modeling and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of financial markets and investment principles is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Be part of a team that is making a real difference.Continuous learning and professional developmentopportunities.
