Job Role: Business Development - US TaxJob Title: Open for the discussionLocation: HyderabadExperience: 12-16 yearsJob Description:Skills and Attributes for Success:? Developing / enhancing businesses for corporate tax services? Interacting and attracting new pursuits from business development perspective? Participating in multi-disciplinary proposals? Taking end-to-end responsibility of the business acquisition and deliverables? Meet up clients/prospects, interact with partners from other service verticals, conducts seminars/ webinars on specified topics for attracting new business.? Experience of dealing with global clients specially US Market, business acquisition and clientmanagement skills.? Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand? Find new ways of reaching existing and emerging markets and generate new business leads? Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, and services? Identify partnership opportunities? Foster and develop relationships with the respective clients/prospective clients? Understand the need of the client and devise a plan to respond effectively? Nurture & develop relationships and ensure quality delivery? Attending face-to-face meetings with clients, seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate? Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.? Should have experience of interacting with international clients/ collaboration with international clients.Qualifications and Skills:? Minimum 12 years of experience in Business growth role? Knowledge of US tax business? Analytical skills with detail orientation? Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with Partners and Managers? MBA Finance/ CA Inter/ CA/ M.COM or similar certified degree.? Excellent written and verbal communications skills? Integrity within a professional work environment
