As a Business Development Executive, you will be an essential part of the business development team, responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of the company's client base.Responsibilities:Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsGrowing business through the development of new leads and new contactsBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsAttending networking events to attract and retain clientsDeveloping and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow businessMaintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentationAssisting with marketing and promotional projectsCollaborating with management on sales goalsCollaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of business objectives.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.Candidates with US/EU/MENA work experience is preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Experience in creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
