If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Business Consulting Sr. Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).Key responsibilities:· Play a hands-on role in designing and delivering planning solutions to our clients.· Conduct business/technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.· Set engagement objectives and scope followed by the development of detailed solutions, and project plans to meet the specific needs of each client and engagement.· Support sales of the Chainalytics IDSP service offerings.· Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.· Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.· Responsibility for review and approval of all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW.· Support the creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc) that support Chainalytics' overall brand and positioning.· Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.Skills:· Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative and energetic· Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes· Significant and documented project experience involving solution design and implementation· Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment· Solid project management skills demonstrated across multiple industries· Ability to supervise others and actively coach/mentor early to mid in-career consultants· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsBasic Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.· 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management.· Willing and able to travel 30-60% based on project requirements.· Must have Supply Chain Planning Consulting ExperiencePreferred qualifications:· Master's degree or MBA preferred.· Experience in supply chain consulting· Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.· Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.· Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, o9, etc.· Experience working on large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.#chainalytics #chainalyticsjobs #supplychainconsultingAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
