The role involves planning and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities .6 to 8 years of work experience in sales with at least 2 years+ experience in Team Handling in AGENCY Channel.Candidate Qualifications:Previous sales experience: proven success in a sales role, preferably in insurance services.Experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable.Excellent communications skills ,strong verbal and written communications skill to effectively present information , listen actively and respond to client inquiries .Interpersonal skills :Ability to build rapport ,establish trust ,and maintain long-term relationship with clients. Good negotiation and persuasion skills are essential.
