Job Description:o To Handle team of FLS Employeeo To ensure the productive expansion of the Agency distribution channel through the successful development and retention of early tenure FLSo Develop early tenure FLS through Confirmation.o Ensuring team certification for early tenure FLS.o Develop Knowledge of Local Market dynamics to improve productivity of FLS.o Help FLS to achieve monthly sales targets.o Provide assistance to Circle Managers by driving balanced growth of FLS towards sales target and business quality
