Perform regular cleaning and servicing of boilers to remove scale, sediment, and other debris that may affect performanceEnsure a safe working environment by timely closure of safety recommendations, new safety improvement initiatives, compliance to process safety requirements and improvement in behavioural safety of the workforceEnsure the statutory compliance of boilerMonitor and adjust boiler controls, fuel consumption, and water levels to optimize efficiency and minimize energy wastageCoordination of shutdowns related to Coke circuit which may have impact on own as well as other units such as Battery proper, CDQ, Coke despatch to BF and Gas generation in network which involves external stakeholdersManage the boiler operationEnsure proper corordination with power plant for steam supply as per MOU
