Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.3. Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets4. Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals.5. Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.6. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.7. Should have prior experience in managing Marketing team.8. Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)9. Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)10. Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently.11. OPT/CPT Hiring and Marketing12. Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team13. Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
