Civil, and MEP works)Deep understanding of the pre-cast construction landscape and a proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities in Pre-cast Construction Projects (CPWD Projects, High-rise and Mulit-storeyed Buildings - Institutional such as Education & Hospitals, Commercial, Residential, Mutiplex projects across the country (PAN India presence).As part of their role, they create a network of contacts, research new market opportunities, oversee growth projects, and forecast revenue in line with the company's projected income that is both beneficial to the client and profitable for the company.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the pre- cast construction sector, aligning with organizational goals.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government agencies, and potential clients to enhance the company's PAN India presence in the market.Develop and execute new business development strategies and solid key accounts management plans with promising clients for new business contracts. Drive negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable business deals and long-term partnerships.Build extensive industry contacts, and foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization (Design & Drafting, Architectural, Structural, Civil & MEP Teams) to ensure prequalification with existing and new clients to enable us to be in a position to bid for all the major new projects and businesses contracts.Provide feedback to management based on market information, thereby enabling organization investment decisions to improve our strategic leverage for future projects.Work closely with the entire Construction Team to qualify leads and develop business strategies, to win the major projects
